CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Beauty Lab Studio, our time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of both our clients and our team, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy prior to booking. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service fee. This charge is non-refundable and no credit will be applied toward future services. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the total service fee. This charge is non-refundable and no credit will be applied toward future services. How to Cancel To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance through your confirmation email, our online booking portal, or by contacting us directly. Repeated Cancellations Clients with a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full before future appointments can be scheduled.
